About the Role

Are you an experienced, client-facing Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, international landscape? We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact professional services and external customer projects across the EMEA region and globally.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our cross-functional teams and our valued external clients. Operating within a diverse matrix structure, you will have the autonomy to drive complex project schedules, optimize budgets, and directly influence customer satisfaction. Top 5 Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional & Global Leadership: Lead and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex external client projects within the EMEA region, expanding into global initiatives as required. Strong stakeholder management with GBS ( Global Business Services ) and MPS ( Managed Print Services)
• End-to-End Project Governance: Monitor and drive projects seamlessly through their entire lifecycle—from initiation and scope design to final delivery—while closely aligning interdepartmental activities.
• Financial & Schedule Management: Develop, document, and actively manage comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and multi-layered project budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Client Delivery Excellence & Travel: Coordinate and direct the seamless rollout of professional services. Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, ensuring business needs are met, which includes traveling and visiting customers on-site as required.
• Contract & Capability Optimization: Manage project-related system or process capabilities to meet design specifications. Maintain a strong operational understanding of contract management details to preemptively handle changes and exceed expectations.

Top 5 Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: University Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Economy, or a related field preferred).
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience managing external customers, balancing multiple stakeholders, and successfully leading teams in a dotted-line matrix environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal); both languages are essential for daily collaboration with regional and global clients.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A deeply rooted, high-level client focus with a passion for delivering premium user experiences and driving business alignment.
• Core Competencies & Execution Skills:
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational abilities under tight deadlines. Power BI and Excel system knowledge.
  • Stellar communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management.
  • Highly autonomous mindset with the ability to work independently and drive self-directed tasks.
