職務内容

【Responsibilities】

1. Lead or support Project Managers in planning and executing large-scale application delivery initiatives in Japan.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and governance materials for presentation to C-level executives and senior IT leadership.
3. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including:
   Project initiation and planning
   Requirements gathering and scope definition
   Design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to operations
4. Coordinate closely with:
   Business stakeholders in Japan
   IT architecture and development teams
   Internal and external delivery partners
5. Drive effective communication, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
6. Ensure delivery aligns with organizational IT standards, governance frameworks, quality expectations, and timelines.
7. Provide leadership for high-visibility and complex programs with a strong focus on delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

登録資格

【Required】

1. Fluent Japanese language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project members, and senior leadership in Japan.
2. 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing or leading large-scale and complex application delivery projects.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-team delivery environments.
5. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
6. Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.

【Nice to have】

1. Bilingual capability (Japanese and English) for collaboration with global stakeholders.
2. Prior working experience in Japan Life Insurance or financial services industry.
3. Experience working as an IT service partner on enterprise transformation or application delivery projects.
4. Technical background enabling high-level discussions with architects and development teams.
5. Experience working in large enterprise IT environments with strong governance and compliance requirements.
