Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 years of experience of Client Coordination for Graphics Designing in a media company to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Office and have excellent presentation skills. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion, and assisting in the overall project management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the quality standards and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Assist project managers in day-to-day tasks, tracking project milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per the project plan, identifying and mitigating potential delays or risks.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussion points and action items.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each project’s objectives and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+years) as a Project Coordinator/ Manager in a media company.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems quickly.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in media studies, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
