Job Summary:
The Project Manager-Ground Mounts will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing ground-mounted solar projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute ground-mounted solar projects.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 -12 years of experience in solar ground-mounted projects.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, civil and electrical aspects of ground-mounted installations.
