Project Manager (Hard Toys)

About the role

Handle OEM/ODM projects development from concept design through mass production, including review of engineering documents, BOM, and EDM. Conduct development schedules and oversee transfer from design to production. Provide troubleshooting, advice on cost, quality improvement, and production efficiency. Collaborate with customers and provide technical guidance on design, materials, and manufacturing solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, KPI targets, and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle OEM/ODM projects development from concept design through mass production
• Review engineering documents, BOM, EDM, etc
• Conduct development schedule and transfer from design to production
• Troubleshooting, advice on cost, quality improvement and production efficiency
• Collaborate with customers and provide technical guidance on design, materials, and manufacturing solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, KPI targets, and operational objectives

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5 years+ experiences in product costing, engineering, R&D, and project management, with 3 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with ASTM, EN71
• Good knowledge in mechanical design of products and regulatory approvals
• Familiar with plastic injection and related tooling design
• Able to communicate with overseas customers independently
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Travel to mainland China is required
