Job Description

OM Galaxy Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Project Manager / Head – PPC at our Vasai location.

The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, production planning and control, coordination between departments, and ensuring timely execution of projects and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PPC function and project-related activities.
• Prepare and monitor production and project plans.
• Ensure timely execution of projects as per agreed schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design and other concerned departments.
• Monitor production schedules, material availability and project progress.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and resource requirements and take timely corrective action.
• Track project timelines and ensure commitments are met.
• Prepare and review MIS reports related to PPC and project progress.
• Improve planning processes, productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project and production status.
• Lead the PPC team and ensure effective allocation of work and resources.

Qualification

• Mechanical Engineer from NTTF / GTTC / CIPET / DME.
• Candidates with relevant technical and manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPC / Project Management / Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in tool room, mould manufacturing, engineering or similar manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
