Civil Works Contracting (CWC) is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in leading heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful execution while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, builds strong relationships, and takes ownership of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Monitor project financial performance, schedules, resources, and overall progress.
• Identify and proactively address project risks and challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates should have demonstrated project management experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction operations, project financials, and scheduling. Experience managing infrastructure, site development, utilities, roadway, or other complex civil construction projects is preferred.
