PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END TILE & STONE)

Looking for a Senior Project Manager to handle a team.

We’re a luxury tile and stone contractor serving custom residential and high-end commercial clients across South Florida. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can own complex, design-driven projects from award through closeout.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management/GC or construction Engineering from a U.S.-accredited institution (or foreign equivalent verified by a NACES-member evaluator)

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction

Proven management experience leading crews, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent projects

Fluent reading of architectural and shop drawings, specs, and submittals

Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, and change-order management

Experience with high-end finishes; natural stone and large-format tile a major plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between job sites

Bilingual strong both English/Spanish a must.

Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end: budget, schedule, procurement, labor, quality, closeout

Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and designers

Coordinate material takeoffs, ordering, and delivery sequencing

Run field walks and enforce quality standards on installation

Track costs, approve invoices, and process change orders

Maintain safety compliance and permitting coordination

Mentor project coordinators and field leads
