Remuneration:

Savings Salary Budget per month: $1500 to $1800 (Credited to NRE account once in calendar Quarter) Plus

Role Purpose:

To lead the team in terms of project management and spearhead the projects team strategic growth.

Accountabilities

Project Management

• Maintain a close supervision to a team of technical installers and ensure there is enough manpower to be able to deliver projects within the prescribed time frame.
• Liaise with the projects sales engineers to ensure proper project planning and execution of works.
• Monitor all ongoing projects and ensure delivery of projects on time.
• Closely monitor project progress, valuation, certification and payments.
• Monitor the material flow, procurement, lead time of imported items as per project timeline
• Attend key project meeting, resolve critical design and approval issues
• Ensure implementation of company policies related to project management (safety, material management, SOPs of installation etc.) in each ongoing project.
• Monitor valuation, certification and cashflow in the project. Discuss with the responsible sales engineer, client and take necessary decision in critical payment certification and payment related issues.
• Ensure project handover on time and monitor outstanding payment including retention amount as per final account.

Inventory Management

• Ensure monthly site stock take and analyze the variation if there is any.
• Check the stock levels of materials and plan for the procurement in advance.
• Minimize materials wastage and theft on site.

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership to the technical installation staff, supervise, manage their performance and development in line with the organizations goals, objectives, policies and regulations.

Service & Breakdown

• Ensure timely attendance to breakdown as per company policy.
• Monitor monthly service schedule and ensure smooth service delivery.

Reports

• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports on project operations and progress.
• Prepare monthly procurement forecast and material flow report.

3. Qualification

• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum experience of 10 years in HVAC industry.

Experience

• Previous experience in projects supervision, equipment diagnosis and maintenance.
• Customer handling capability.
• Mechanical Ventilation design and installation supervision experience.
