Project Manager II

Position Overview

We are seeking an IRT Project Manager to support Interactive Response Technology (IRT) activities for clinical research programs. This role will coordinate system implementation, testing, change management, vendor oversight, and stakeholder support throughout the study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IRT projects from startup through system launch, maintenance, and closeout.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and stakeholder participation.
• Manage system changes, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing study support activities.
• Support vendor oversight, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system integration issues, documentation, SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide stakeholder training and support adoption of IRT processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IRT project management, IRT system development, or clinical technology support.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and clinical technology platforms.
• Knowledge of databases, data management, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of clinical research processes and study operations.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vendor management and external service providers.
• Experience supporting UAT, system validation, or change control activities.
• Experience with system integrations, training programs, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in regulated clinical research environments.
