Our Project Managers own complex, cross-functional delivery tracks—ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with agile discipline and stakeholder alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large scale IT projects across cloud migration, ERP implementation, or infrastructure modernization tracks.
• Define project scope, timeline, and resource plans; maintain RAID logs and track KPIs using Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, QA, UX, security) and external vendors; conduct daily standups and sprint reviews.
• Manage stakeholder communication from business owners to C-suite; deliver executive status reports and risk mitigation strategies.
• Enforce agile and hybrid delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and ensure adherence to governance, change control, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimizing delivery playbooks for reuse.
