Project Manager - III*

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support project execution, governance, and operational coordination across cross-functional programs. This role will manage project documentation, track deliverables and risks, and support teams in driving timely execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Maintain project plans, meeting materials, action logs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communications.
• Support project management systems, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Partner with functional teams to drive execution and resolve project issues.
• Escalate risks and support mitigation planning as needed.
• Support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of product development, clinical development, or research operations.
• Experience with enterprise planning or project portfolio management systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in oncology, cell therapy, or related therapeutic areas.
