• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking for platform implementations.

  • Oversee project management, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

                        Requirements

                        • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

                          • 8-12 years of overall experience in a related technology role with strong people management skills.

                            • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in platform implementations and project management.

                              • PMP certification is a plus.

                                • Experience in SAAS Onboarding implementations is a plus

                                  • Previous experience managing projects for the US market or international geographies is highly desirable **. Flexibility to align with US time zones for seamless collaboration is mandatory for this role.

                                    • Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.

                                      • Proven experience managing a team of 10+ individuals, including goal setting and conducting periodic performance reviews.

                                        • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, delegate effectively, and adjust priorities as needed.

                                          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and challenges.

                                            • Experience in creating comprehensive solution designs based on client needs and requirements.

                                              • Strong customer facing skills- Must have played active customer facing roles.**
