Project Manager, Implementations

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, Implementations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will oversee complex software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring clients experience a smooth and well-coordinated transition onto the platform. You will partner closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership to manage expectations, resolve issues, and keep multiple concurrent initiatives moving forward. The position calls for someone who can translate technical requirements into clear action plans, support configuration and troubleshooting when needed, and improve processes as the implementation function scales.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and teams
• Assist with configuration and debugging during resource constraints
• Document solutions and identify process improvements
• Strategically escalate issues to sales and leadership for support

Qualifications

• Background in software implementations or professional services
• Technical aptitude with platform capabilities and limitations
• Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and task management
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects
