❌ Candidates from Residential, Commercial Building, Solar, Telecom, Maintenance, Service, Production, or Non-Industrial backgrounds will not be considered.

Experience Required

• Minimum 8–15 Years of Industrial Electrical Site Project Installation experience.
• Proven experience in handling industrial project sites independently.
• Mandatory Requirement:Candidate must bring along a team of at least 30 to 35 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete execution of industrial electrical installation projects at site.
• Planning and supervision of electrical installation activities.
• Manpower deployment, contractor management, and productivity monitoring.
• Installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, substations, MCC/PCC panels, cable trays, cable laying, termination, earthing, and lighting systems.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring strict compliance with Safety, Quality, and Project Timelines.
• Daily progress monitoring, reporting, and project review meetings.
• Material planning and site resource management.
• Project handover and completion documentation.
