Project Manager, Info Systems IV

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, Info Systems IV to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead complex digital and clinical technology projects from kickoff through delivery, with a strong focus on coordination, governance, and execution. The position will partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and clients to keep scope, budget, risks, and milestones on track. It will also help strengthen project management practices within the information systems PMO and support junior team members.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,188 – $193,793 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage complex digital project management operations from start to finish
• Provide leadership to project teams and junior PMO members
• Establish and implement project management processes
• Assemble project plans and assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts
• Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources as necessary
• Coordinate communication with teams and clients regarding project scope, budget, and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of recent relevant experience in project management
• In-depth implementation experience in Epic EHR applications
• Familiarity with Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
