About the Role

A leading organization in Yakum is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager for a role combining end-to-end project management with hands-on technical responsibilities. The position involves managing organizational systems and processes and leading technological solutions from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, deployment, and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end information systems projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, deployment, and Go-Live.
• Take hands-on ownership of systems, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop work plans, manage tasks, timelines, resources, and priorities.
• Analyze business processes and map system interfaces and data flows between systems.
• Work with external software vendors and service providers, monitor deliverables, and manage SLAs.
• Lead QA and UAT processes, support end users, and facilitate the implementation of new systems.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, analyze information, and automate tasks.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, management, business users, and external vendors.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects in a medium-to-large organization, including hands-on system work beyond project coordination and management.
• Proven experience developing work plans and leading projects through Go-Live.
• Technical understanding of system architecture, databases, interfaces, and data flows.
• Familiarity with interfaces and integration technologies such as APIs, SFTP, and Web Services.
• Experience working with external vendors, monitoring deliverables, and managing SLAs.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and Excel.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong service orientation, independent learning skills, process-oriented thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
