Job Title: IT Delivery Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Full onsite, Dayshift

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with an infrastructure background to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, deployment, and handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, security, development, vendor, and business teams.
• Ensure solutions meet agreed quality, security, and service-level requirements.
• Lead stakeholder communication, project reporting, governance, and executive updates.
• Coordinate UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project/Delivery Management.
• Experience managing infrastructure implementation and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid/multi-cloud, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and security.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, budget, vendor, and team management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
