Project Manager (Infrastructure, Power OSBL)

Position Summary

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure, electrical power, and OSBL (Outside Battery Limits) projects in support of large-scale capital construction and manufacturing site expansion initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful integration of utility, infrastructure, and site-support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and electrical power projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Lead OSBL project activities, including utilities, roads, site development, power distribution, and supporting infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, procurement, and contractor teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and execution plans.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address scope changes, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractor performance, deliverables, and overall project execution.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Drive issue resolution and maintain alignment across multiple project workstreams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience managing capital projects within industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, or related industries.

· Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects valued at $100M+, with responsibility for planning, execution, budget management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience managing infrastructure and utility projects, including electrical power systems.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing or pharmaceutical facility expansions.
• Knowledge of OSBL systems and supporting site infrastructure.
• Experience managing electrical distribution, utility, and power-related projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour
