Job Description

• Manage contract administration, including billings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Oversee permitting, inspections, and certificate of occupancy requirements.
• Manage project schedules in partnership with superintendents, procurement, and project engineering teams.
• Drive successful execution of institutional renovation projects within occupied facilities.

• Experience managing institutional renovation projects in active buildings.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, change orders, billings, and contract administration.
• Excellent communicator with proven client-facing experience.
• Resides within approximately 45 minutes of Plantation, FL.
