Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and resources.
• Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Handle projects involving interior fit-outs, aluminium works, and related finishing works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, aluminium, and construction projects.
• Strong project management and site coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, estimation, materials, and execution.
• Strong communication, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
