• Be the go‑to person for clients, designers, and stakeholders throughout the project journey.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of retail fit‑out projects — from concept to handover.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and coordinate supplier and contractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and on‑site challenges with confidence.
• Ensure all works meet landlord, authority, and safety regulations.
• Oversee site operations, guaranteeing workmanship quality, timeline adherence, and safety standards.
• Keep meticulous project documentation — contracts, reports, and cost tracking.
• Lead with energy and foster collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes.

🔧 What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial or boutique interior fit‑out projects (retail experience a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, landlords, designers, and contractors.
