Job Title: Project Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Operational Planning

• Translate 2D/3D design drawings, MEP schematics, and technical details into clear, actionable site execution plans.
• Develop comprehensive project master schedules (Gantt charts/WBS), establishing critical paths for site works, procurement, and installation.
• Supervise daily site operations, including structural modifications, partitions, ceiling installations, flooring, woodwork, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integrations.
• Monitor site safety, clean workspace protocols, and quality control standards across all trade disciplines.

2. Vendor, Trade & Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate with general contractors, carpenters, painters, MEP specialists, HVAC technicians, and custom fabricators.
• Issue detailed material requisitions well in advance to prevent lead-time delays or site downtime.
• Review shop drawings, custom millwork, and factory-fabricated furniture against approved client specs before installation.
• Inspect incoming materials on site to verify quantities, quality standards, and compliance with project BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

3. Budget & Financial Control

• Manage project expenditure against the baseline budget to prevent cost overruns.
• Review contractor running bills (RAs), measure completed work on site, and authorize payment certifications.
• Manage the Change Order / Variation process—evaluating scope changes, estimating financial and timeline impacts, and securing client approvals before execution.

4. Client Relations & Stakeholder Alignment

• Serve as the principal operational contact for clients, architects, and external consultants.
• Conduct weekly site walkthroughs and provide formal progress updates, financial tracking sheets, and milestone reports.
• Resolve on-site spatial conflicts, architectural discrepancies, or unexpected site conditions proactively.
• Manage final snag listing, punch list rectification, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
