The Position
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of interiors projects from tender through to practical completion. You'll manage programmes, budgets, and stakeholders while coordinating design, procurement, and on-site delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple interiors/fit-out projects simultaneously
• Leading client and stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Overseeing subcontractor coordination and quality control
• Driving programme adherence and risk management
• Ensuring health, safety, and compliance across all sites

Skills and experience required

• 3–5+ years' project management experience in New Zealand, ideally within commercial interiors or fit-outassemblerecruit+1
• Proven track record delivering projects from $1M–$10M+
• Strong understanding of NZ construction practices, contracts, and compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
