Required Skills

• Business or IT degree qualification
• Five or more years of project management experience in technology
• Experience in heavily regulated industries such as financial services
• Strong organizational skills for planning, implementation, and reporting
• Proficiency in managing full project lifecycle, including scope refinement and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and track milestones
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, and issues
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Knowledge of software tools such as Jira, TFS, and project management software
• Demonstrated leadership in engaging and managing virtual and global teams
• Ability to identify and escalate project risks as needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with infrastructure projects and large-scale technology initiatives
• Familiarity with SDLC artifacts and approval processes
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in resource allocation and tracking
• Customer-focused mindset with strategic planning capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of five years’ project management experience within the technology sector
• Proven success managing multiple large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Experience leading virtual and geographically dispersed teams

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with some flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements
• Willingness to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Project management certifications (PMI, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus
• Travel expectations are minimal and should be confirmed during the interview process
• Ability to manage sensitive information in compliance with industry standards
