Project Manager - Intermediate / Senior / Associate

We are seeking Project Managers, Senior PMs, and Associates across the UK to lead major Built Environment (commercial, fit-out, residential, heritage) and Infrastructure (rail, nuclear, energy, civils) schemes. You will drive project delivery from inception to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams, contracts, and key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management, governance, and schedule/budget performance across major Built Environment and Infrastructure projects.
• Act as primary client advisor, managing key stakeholder relationships and delivering regular progress and performance reports.
• Lead and coordinate external design teams, specialist sub-consultants, and main contractors throughout pre- and post-contract stages.
• Administer contract conditions (NEC, JCT, FIDIC), manage formal communications, and oversee procurement strategies.
• Monitor project finances, control scope changes, evaluate variations, and proactively mitigate cost and schedule risks.
• Track project milestones, maintain quality control standards, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of UK construction or infrastructure project management experience (consultancy or client-side).
• Demonstrate practical working knowledge of NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contract suites.
• Hold a degree in PM, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering, with professional chartership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) strongly preferred.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong commercial acumen, and clear communication abilities.
