Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee client projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and bottlenecks.
• Maintain effective communication channels between clients, teams, and management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Job Type

• 3-Month Unpaid or Paid Internship depending on your experience.
