Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and ambitious Project Manager Intern to join our team for a 6-month period. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, technical teams, and on-ground stakeholders to support project delivery, track milestone execution, and coordinate deployments across various client and project sites across India.

This role involves frequent on-site visits and nationwide travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring day-to-day project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• On-Site Coordination & Travel: Travel to client locations, branch offices, and partner sites across PAN India for project rollout, assessments, and status tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams, project leads, clients, and external vendors to maintain smooth workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project roadmaps, risk logs, daily status reports (DSR), and minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Issue Resolution: Proactively flag bottlenecks, escalate risks to senior management, and help implement practical field solutions.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Assist in gathering project requirements, communicating updates, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Engineering (B.Tech/BE), Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across India on short notice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, Notion) and MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), IT services, or digital implementations.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under tight timelines.
