Job description

Join the HULA team as a Project Manager Intern and learn how software projects are run end-to-end. You'll work directly with our Product Owner, supporting the delivery of an internal product alongside a cross-functional team of developers, QA and DevOps. This is a learning-focused role - we value curiosity and reliability over prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in day-to-day project coordination
• Take meeting notes, capture action items and follow up on them
• Help keep the Jira board tidy - create and update tickets under guidance
• Track blockers and dependencies and flag them to the PO
• Help maintain project documentation (wiki, knowledge base)
• Assist with UAT sessions and simple status updates

Qualifications

• Interest in project management and software delivery
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2)
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
• Studies (or recent graduate) in a related field - or a convincing motivation to move into PM

Nice to have

• Any exposure to Jira, Agile/Scrum or teamwork tools
• Previous internship or student-org / project experience

Recruitment Process

• Technical interview via Google Meets (~ 1 hour)
• Non-technical conversation with a member of our Recruitment Team (~ 45 minutes)
