Project Manager (IoT / RFID Systems Integration)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IoT Department. In this role, you will lead system integration projects focused on RFID technology, serving key markets across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Indonesia. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from business development support to client communication and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage system integration projects specifically related to RFID technology, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scopes.
• Business Development Support: Assist in business development activities, including expanding and supporting RFID system integration projects across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Indonesia markets.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, following up on project progress, managing expectations, and providing ongoing support.
• Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation, resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in RFID and related industries.
• Technical Skills: Experience in System Integration is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project coordination, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage projects across diverse regional markets.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required to communicate with clients and internal teams across the specified regions.
