Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring operational cadences, business reviews, and governance forums; track action items and drive follow-through to completion.
• Create leadership-facing presentations, dashboards, status reports, meeting notes, and other communications consolidating input from cross-functional teams.
• Establish, improve, and maintain lightweight governance processes that support decision-making, escalation, and cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Manage organizational resource tools, trackers, process documentation, and other operational systems to ensure knowledge is accessible and repeatable.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements, metrics dashboards, status trackers, and reporting tools that provide timely visibility into performance and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, business, project management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate business operations, Chief of Staff-adjacent roles, or similar operational positions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create processes, systems, and structure with limited existing frameworks.
• Proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, reporting, productivity, and project management tools, along with excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
