Project Manager, IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control and close).

• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

• Liaise with, and facilitate communication between, project stakeholders (internal and external) concerning project details and deliverables.

• Provide project updates to the Steering Committee on a regular basis.

• Manage projects from initial concept through final implementation.

• Responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources as needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

• Manages the scope, risk, issues, and deliverables of the project.

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution.

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management, head of department and reporting superior.
