Project Manager (IT)

etc.Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale IT and software development initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable plans
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure high-quality delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or other project management frameworks as appropriate
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or software development, with at least 3–5 years in a Project Manager role
• Strong background as a Software Developer or Technical Engineer (hands-on experience is highly preferred)
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and modern technologies
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong technical mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large organizations or enterprise clients is a plus
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are advantageous

• Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud, or modern software architecture is a plus
