Project Manager IT

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international projects and rollouts, managing significant budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and multicultural teams.

📍 Location & Contract

• Permanent contract: Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona
• Freelance: Remote from anywhere in Spain
• International projects and collaboration with teams across different countries

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and significant budgets .
• Experience leading international rollouts across different markets/countries.
• Strong experience in project planning, timeline management and delivery .
• Experience managing and coordinating international and multicultural teams .
• Good knowledge of RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English .
• Ability to work in complex, international environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
