Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to support timely and efficient execution of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead projects focused on data privacy compliance and regulatory alignment.

Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Data Governance teams to ensure appropriate handling of PII, sensitive data, and regulated datasets. • Scope, Schedule & Risk Management

Monitor project scope, schedule, and risk by tracking progress against approved plans and identifying variances. Document, manage, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests in accordance with established project governance and escalation protocols.

  • Financial & Resource Management

Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with approved funding and staffing plans. Support financial reporting, cost monitoring, and resource planning activities in coordination with leadership and finance partners.

  • Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance

Ensure project deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria, quality standards, and governance requirements by supporting review, validation, and approval processes. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with organizational, audit, and compliance standards.

  • Operational Transition & Continuous Improvement

Support the transition of completed initiatives into operational teams by coordinating knowledge transfer, documentation, and handoff activities. Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, tools, and processes.

  • Data & AI/Advanced Analytics Project Management

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of data pipelines, modeling efforts, analytics solutions, dashboards, and data modernization initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional work across data engineering, BI, data governance, QA, product, and business groups. Ensure strong data governance practices—including metadata accuracy, documentation, lineage, and quality controls—are embedded throughout all projects. Manage dependencies across systems and teams to ensure data solutions integrate cleanly and securely.
