Project Manager (IT Solution : ERP)

About the role

iCE Consulting Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT Solution: ERP) to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position where you will take ownership of enterprise resource planning (ERP : Oracle) implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline. As a Project Manager in the IT Solutions space, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, whilst driving organisational transformation through effective project governance and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and execute ERP projects from conception through to successful go-live and post-implementation support
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage project resources, including allocation, scheduling and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, vendors and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency
• Track project progress using appropriate project management methodologies and tools, providing regular status updates and documentation
• Manage project changes, scope creep and budget variations through formal change control processes
• Ensure quality assurance and testing protocols are followed, with particular attention to data integrity and system functionality
• Lead post-implementation reviews and support knowledge transfer to end users and support teams
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare comprehensive project closure documentation

What we're looking for

• A recognised Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing ERP implementation projects
• Proven expertise in enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration and change management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation in IT projects
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management and compliance requirements
• Preferred: Experience in Thai business environment or Southeast Asian markets
