Project Manager - IT Support

We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager - IT Support to handle multiple hospital system Support, manage cross-functional teams, and lead client communication. The role requires strong ownership, assertiveness, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assign and track tasks across implementation and support teams.
• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members.
• Oversee system implementations and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle escalations.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Ensure accountability, process adherence, and timely execution.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of IT, project management experience, preferably in health tech.
• Understanding of hospital systems (HMS/HIMS) and workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage client expectations effectively.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.

Qualification: BS/MS Information Technology or Software Engineering.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
