Project Manager (Junior Level) - IT Division

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver multiple projects end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues
• Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations
• Prepare regular project status reports
• Ensure quality standards and smooth project handover

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in project management or related roles
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
• Experience handling client-facing projects (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification or currently pursuing (preferred)
• Experience in Industry: IT / marketing / digital / consulting (preferred)
