Project Manager (Knowledge Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to drive project execution.
• Support knowledge management initiatives, including knowledge content optimization, service desk improvements, and self-service platform enhancements.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, escalating when necessary.
• Support operational improvements, reporting, documentation, and other evolving business priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, communication, and project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in IT, technology, or business operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking deliverables through completion.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• A proactive, adaptable, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to IT service delivery, service desk operations, knowledge management, or content management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly Knowledge Management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

ServiceNow experience is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
