Project Manager – KPI & Performance Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to monitor project progress, calculate employee KPIs, evaluate performance, and improve team productivity. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage workflows, track deadlines, and prepare performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and monitor employee KPIs based on productivity, work quality, efficiency, and task completion.
• Track employee performance and compare actual output against assigned targets.
• Monitor project timelines, task allocation, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Analyze employee productivity and identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Maintain KPI records and performance dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with team leads to review employee performance and project progress.
• Monitor work quality, revisions, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Recommend improvements to increase team efficiency and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPI calculation and employee performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira is an advantage.
