Project Manager (Landscape construction)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various landscaping tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

• Plan, organize, and manage landscape projects from inception to completion
• Work closely with the project foreman and crew
• Coordination of subcontractors, crew, inspectors and job site deliveries
• Can layout and supervise the installation of retaining walls, pavers, plants, sod, etc.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines

-Work with both residential and commercial clients

Skills

• Proficiency in landscape design, construction, and maintenance
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of front end docs, submittals, quotes and budgets for commercial work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
