Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support strategic lending initiatives within Wholesale Operations. This role will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving the successful delivery of enhancements impacting Lending Operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

This position offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders, operational teams, and technology partners to implement process improvements and operational enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project activities through all phases of the project lifecycle for Lending Operations initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Manage operational impacts of system enhancements and process changes.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities, including procedures, training, communications, and demonstrations.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborate with business and technology partners to identify solutions.
• Provide project status updates and communicate key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful implementation of enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment among project teams.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Project Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or related experience.
• Experience leading projects within complex business or operational environments.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and resolve project issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using JIRA and SharePoint.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lending Operations or Wholesale Banking Operations experience.
• Knowledge of commercial lending processes.
• Experience with LoanIQ.
• Experience supporting operational change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Proven success collaborating across multiple teams and organizational levels.
