Project Manager – Lining Division (CIPP / Trenchless)

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager for our Lining Division, you'll own the full lifecycle of CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining and trenchless rehabilitation projects — from pre-construction planning through final completion. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, field crews, and executive stakeholders, keeping everything on time, on budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Drive project execution from kickoff through closeout across residential, commercial, and municipal project types
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project performance for multiple concurrent projects
• Serve as the primary client contact — from residential homeowners to large-scale commercial and municipal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Lining Leads and field crews to align planning with on-site execution
• Submit, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain complete project documentation and report progress, variances, and risks to operations leadership
• Leverage platforms including SmartSheet, Fieldwire, and Microsoft Teams to manage tracking and communications

Travel: This role involves up to 60% nationwide travel to support projects across multiple markets.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing, construction, or trenchless/CIPP environments
• Demonstrated experience managing underground utilities, piping, or infrastructure rehabilitation projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction drawings
• Proven track record managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation through full project cycles
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of ownership
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (SmartSheet, Fieldwire, or similar)
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% nationwide

Preferred:

• Direct experience with CIPP lining or trenchless pipeline rehabilitation
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience on municipal or prevailing wage projects
• Background working across both residential and large-scale commercial/municipal clients
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
