Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for LLM-based initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and business teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
• Risk & Compliance:
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Resource Management:
• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple LLM projects.
• Manage budgets and optimize costs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Oversee testing and validation of LLM models and applications.
• Ensure delivery meets performance and accuracy benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Project Management (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
