Position: Expert Project Manager

Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

• Track project and annotator performance using Google Sheets.
• Review annotator quality to ensure high standards.
• Handle contributor communications effectively.
• Demonstrate high agency and strong organizational skills.
• Apply an analytical mindset to enhance LLM training projects.
• Own unfamiliar problems from start to finish.

Qualifications Must-Have

• High agency and strong organizational skills.

• Real investment in LLM training projects.

Preferred

• Background in Ops or project management.
