Project Manager – High-End Construction Projects

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury residential, premium commercial, or upscale fit-out developments, with a proven ability to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring that all project deliverables align with design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of high-end construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project completion and turnover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage project costs, procurement, material deliveries, and contractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and project status reviews.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure that construction finishes, materials, and workmanship meet the standards expected for premium and luxury developments.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and budget forecasts to management and clients.
• Manage client expectations and address project concerns professionally and promptly.
• Oversee project testing, punch listing, rectification works, and final turnover.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 8–10 years of relevant construction experience, including significant experience managing projects.
• Proven experience handling high-end residential, luxury property, premium commercial, or upscale fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management and construction planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in finishing works, materials, and overall construction quality.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and oversee project activities as required.
• Experience working on luxury homes, high-end condominiums, premium commercial spaces, or bespoke architectural projects.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
