2. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing projects related to machine tools and industrial equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact connecting foreign partners, clients, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within quality standards, and aligned with business goals.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. Project Management

• Plan and execute investment, supply, or technology transfer projects for machine tools.
• Track project progress, budgets, and key milestones.
• Manage project risks and propose solutions for emerging issues.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Technical, Service teams, and External Partners.

3.2. Partner & Client Relations

Act as the main liaison with international partners and foreign manufacturers.

Participate in meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions in English.

Prepare project reports and status updates for the Executive Management.

3.3. Technical Management & Implementation

• Collaborate to evaluate technical requirements from clients.
• Support implementation, installation, testing, acceptance, and machine handover processes.
• Work closely with suppliers to guarantee product quality and delivery timelines.

3.4. Team Management

• Coordinate project team members and key stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks are executed according to project plans and company procedures.
• Foster teamwork, build team spirit, and drive overall project efficiency.

4. JOB REQUIREMENTS

4.1. Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machinery Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Tools, Industrial Equipment, Machine Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent managerial role.
• Languages: Fluency in English (strong speaking, writing, and presentation skills for business environments).
• Skills: Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Project Management methodology.

4.2. Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with international machine tool manufacturers.
• Proven track record of collaborating with foreign partners.
• Overseas study or working experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
