🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within approved contract timelines.
• Manage daily site operations, manpower and construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities to resolve project and site-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to project teams to ensure adherence to approved construction plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement measures to meet project schedules and completion targets.
• Oversee document control, including the distribution and updating of drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with the company's ISO management system, quality procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor site performance and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Possess a Certified Specialist in Construction Project Management (CSCPM) certificate.
• Relevant experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, site supervision and project execution.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors and site operations.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards, site safety regulations and ISO management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
