Project Manager (Maintenance)

About the role

Lead A&A (Alteration & Addition) works and interior renovations for commercial, shopping malls, and clubhouses. Manage project costs, budgeting, and execution while overseeing building repairs, maintenance, and HVAC/AC systems. Coordinate with external APs and contractors for regulatory submissions and use new technologies like PropTech and AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead A&A (Alteration & Addition) works and interior renovations
• Oversee building repairs, maintenance, and HVAC/AC systems
• Coordinate with external APs and contractors for regulatory submissions
• Manage project costs, budgeting, and execution
• Use new technologies like PropTech and AI applications

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Strong track record in local A&A works and building regulations
• Open to adopting PropTech and AI tools
• Authorized Person (AP) background is a great advantage (but not essential)
