What they need
- We seek an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a managed services environment with commercial awareness and strong problem solving skills
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful customer-facing delivery of infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, workplace, security and managed service projects across our customer base
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial engagement through to operational handover, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and ready to be successfully supported by operational teams
- This role requires an individual who can confidently engage with customers, coordinate technical delivery teams, manage governance and ensure project outcomes are embedded into business-as-usual support services
- The Project Manager will act as the single point of ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike
- The successful candidates will be aligned to our offices in either Manchester or London
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact for project delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Escalate concerns to maintain project outcomes
- Ensure solutions are operationally ready before project closure
- Coordinate activities for acceptance into operational support
- Produce regular status reports for internal and customer-facing audiences
- Facilitate governance meetings and manage customer expectations
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery- Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience coordinating Service Transition or operational onboarding activities
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Demonstrable experience managing customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed service projects
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- ITIL Foundation certification
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent
- Experience using ServiceNow Project Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, Azure and Managed Services
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and Acceptance into Service activities- We usually respond within a week
